How much does it cost?
StorySafari is free to download from the App Store, with options to create more stories inside the app. On the web, completing a 24-page printed-book story is $20 including one hardcover, or $11.99/month for unlimited digital stories.
What devices does it work on?
StorySafari works on iPhone and iPad — download it free from the App Store. You can also create stories and order printed books right in your browser with the StorySafari web creator.
Can I print the stories?
Yes. You can order beautifully printed keepsake books of the stories your child creates.
Are there parental controls?
Yes. Grown-up actions like buying credits or ordering a printed book are protected behind a "Grown-ups Only" gate that asks for a number code, so kids can create and read on their own without stumbling into purchases.
Can I limit how many stories my child creates?
Yes. In Parental Controls you can turn on "Limit story creation," choose how often it resets, and set how many stories are allowed per period. Reading finished stories is always unlimited.
